RSL WA Workforce Connect is the dedicated employment, education and career support service of RSL WA, created to support current serving ADF members, veterans, and their families as they navigate career transitions and build meaningful futures.

We understand that transition looks different for everyone. For some, it means securing employment. For others, it may involve exploring new career pathways, gaining qualifications, building confidence, starting a business, or simply figuring out what comes next. Whatever stage you are at, Workforce Connect is here to help.

Our service offers personalised, end-to-end support designed around the individual. This includes career guidance, job readiness support, resume and interview assistance, skills translation, connections to employers, training and education pathways, and ongoing mentoring and support after placement. We also work closely with employers, training providers and industry partners to create real opportunities and improve long-term employment outcomes for the veteran community.

As part of RSL WA, we take a holistic approach, recognising that meaningful employment is closely linked to wellbeing, purpose, connection and identity. Our goal is not simply to help people find jobs, but to empower individuals to build sustainable and fulfilling civilian careers.
